Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic marketer who is as passionate about comics and libraries as they are HTML and Instagram, and understands the difference between being data-driven and data-informed. This role involves creating, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns to support product marketing and customer engagement goals across email, social media, and other digital channels. Additional responsibilities include managing a marketing asset repository and providing remote logistical support for LibraryPass’ presence at select conferences.
Our ideal candidate has 2-5 years experience in digital marketing, with specific expertise in email and social media. Strong communication and organizational skills, plus a voracious interest in understanding our core markets will make you a key contributor to our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Email Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and deploy targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation, analyzing performance to continually improve KPIs with key segments.
- Social Content Strategy & Execution: Manage a consistent social media presence for Comics Plus and #ReadAllTheComics to boost brand awareness and engagement, analyzing performance to maintain engagement with key segments.
- Campaign Performance Reporting: Report monthly on campaign performance, focusing on engagement and conversions, delivering key insights for future optimization.
- Maintain Marketing Asset Repository: Maintain and update library of marketing assets in our Resource Center and Canva account.
- Manage Conference Logistics: Coordinate logistics for conference exhibits, including reservations, scheduling, and booth design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content and engagement teams to compile and analyze external feedback on marketing assets and related resources, delivering key insights for future optimization.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and compliant.

Key Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on email and social marketing initiatives. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo) is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and clear copy that influences behavior.
- Organizational Skills: You are highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns across different platforms and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data, generating insights, and making data-informed decisions to align marketing performance to business goals.
- Technical Proficiency: You have familiarity with email and social marketing tools, and basic HTML/CSS skills. Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Working Independently: You have a strong ability to manage assigned tasks autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Working Collaboratively: You are comfortable working in cross-functional groups, able to collaborate effectively to achieve common objectives.
Target Salary
The approximate pay range is $58,000 – $68,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
